I. Chính sách quyền riêng tư
1. Giới thiệu
Ứng dụng Lịch Vạn Niên trên iOS cung cấp lịch âm – dương, ngày lễ Việt Nam, nhắc giỗ và tab Tiện ích. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và chỉ xử lý dữ liệu cần thiết để ứng dụng hoạt động.

English
I. Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Lịch Vạn Niên (Vietnamese lunar calendar) for iOS shows solar/lunar dates, Vietnamese holidays, death-anniversary reminders, and a Tools tab. We only process data needed for the app to work.
2. Data we collect
The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details.
- On device: settings (font size, notification on/off) and anniversary dates you enter. This stays on your iPhone (including an App Group so the widget can read it) and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Push notifications: if you allow notifications, the device receives a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send holiday/calendar alerts. The token identifies the device, not you personally.
- Apple Calendar (optional): only if you turn on “Add to Apple Calendar”. The app creates a calendar named “Giỗ Âm Lịch” and writes all-day events. It does not read other calendars for ads or tracking.
- Advertising (AdMob): Google may process an advertising identifier on device to show banners, interstitials, and app-open ads. We do not use App Tracking Transparency tracking.
- Tools tab: when you open this tab, the app loads utility pages from our server (app.amlichvietnam.com): wedding / groundbreaking / store-opening dates, solar–lunar conversion, Lỗ Ban ruler, and ritual texts. No account. No horoscope or fortune-telling.
Apple may collect anonymized App Store analytics under Apple’s policies.
3. Device access
- Internet: receive push notifications (Firebase), load ad policy, show ads (AdMob), open the privacy page when you choose it in the menu, and load Tools tab content (HTTPS). The Tools tab needs a network connection; no account is required.
- Notifications: local anniversary reminders and Firebase holiday alerts.
- Calendar: optional, when you choose to save a giỗ into the Calendar app.
The app does not access GPS, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and does not use App Tracking Transparency tracking.
4. Third-party services
The iOS app uses Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, app open). Ads can be disabled remotely via the policy server.
5. Security
Anniversary data and settings remain on device. Server traffic uses HTTPS. We do not sell user data.
6. Your choices
- Turn off notifications in iOS Settings or in the app menu.
- Uninstall the app to delete all local data.
- Email tcnminh2025@gmail.com with privacy questions.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Updates
This policy may change. The current version is always at https://app.amlichvietnam.com/ios/privacy.html.
II. Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it and uninstall.

3. Intellectual property
Source code, UI, and content belong to SCM Studio. Commercial copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee calendar data. SCM Studio is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
